These details help me find the problem faster:
- which game or app it happened in
- your device and system, like a Mac on macOS 15 or Safari on an iPhone
- what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead
- a screenshot, if you can get one

Bloplings
Everything Bloplings can do is on the Bloplings page.
What do I need to run Bloplings?
A Mac running macOS 14 Sonoma or newer. It works on Apple silicon and Intel Macs.
How do I hide my pets quickly?
Press Control Command H from any app, or pick your own shortcut in Settings. Pets also hide on their own during video calls and full-screen apps. Each of those has its own switch in Settings.
How do I turn off crash reports and stats?
Open Settings, go to Privacy, and switch off Send crash reports and Share anonymous stats. Anything still waiting to be sent is deleted right away. The privacy policy explains what each one includes.
How do I remove Bloplings completely?
If you want to keep your pets for later, use Back Up Progress first. Then quit Bloplings, move the app to the Trash, and delete these two items:
- the folder
~/Library/Application Support/Bloplings - the file
~/Library/Preferences/com.bloplings.Bloplings.plist
Browser games
A game won’t load. What can I try?
Refresh the page or try another browser. The games work fine with content blockers turned on.
Where is my progress saved?
In your browser. Clearing your browser data, or playing in a private window, starts you over.
