A change-maker residing in Denver, CO. I aspire to inspire others! My passions are engaging, educating, and empowering people by way of vulnerable storytelling, humor, and making technology accessible: allow me to bring the learning to life.
I've educated youth and adults both online and in-person through various topics since I was in middle school; you could say it's "my thing"! I’m the owner of Gender Sexuality Info, LLC and previously went by Chris Angel Murphy, but updated my name to Charlie Ocean in August 2023. You may see a lot of work under my former name.
Brief History
2007
It started with the name Queerbox, meant to be inclusive of all identities. Rather than get stuck on a name, Charlie wanted something to get started.
2014
Charlie eventually switched to GenderSexuality.Info
2017
A new template went live, reducing the amount of clicks to get to resources.
